Heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Jazan until evening

The National Center for Meteorology issued a warning on Wednesday of moderate to heavy rainfall across the Jazan region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero horizontal visibility, hail, flash flooding, and thunderstorms.

The center said the alert covers Jazan city and several governorates, including Al-Harth, Al-Daer (Bani Malik), Al-Raith, Al-Aridhah, Al-Aydabi, Fayfa, Harub, Al-Tuwal, Samtah, Ahad Al-Masarhah, Abu Arish, Dhamad, Sabya, Al-Darb, and Baish, as well as the Al-Fateha center.

The center noted that the weather conditions are expected to persist until 8 p.m., urging everyone to exercise caution and follow instructions from relevant authorities.
