Civil Defense Intensifies Inspection Tours in Madinah during Ramadan

The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Madinah has intensified its preventive inspection operations and safety patrols during the holy month of Ramadan.

The aim is to enhance safety measures, ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, and verify that emergency pathways are unobstructed.

The directorate emphasized that inspections focus on the safety of elevator and escalator systems, as well as the availability of safe assembly points outside buildings to ensure the highest levels of safety.

Additionally, field inspections are ongoing to ensure that all safety requirements are met at the targeted sites and that establishments adhere to safety instructions and regulations.

These efforts aim to improve safety for visitors to the Prophet's Mosque and reduce the occurrence of accidents, thereby protecting individuals and preserving property, as stated by the directorate.
