Heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Jazan region until evening

The National Center for Meteorology issued a weather alert on Monday, forecasting moderate to heavy rainfall across the Jazan region, including the city of Jazan and several nearby governorates and centers.

The center said the weather conditions would be accompanied by strong winds, near-zero horizontal visibility, hail, flash flooding, and thunderstorms.

Affected areas include the governorates of Al-Harth, Al-Daer (Bani Malik), Al-Raith, Al-Aridhah, Al-Aydabi, Fayfa, Harub, Al-Tuwal, Samtah, Ahad Al-Masarhah, Abu Arish, Dhamad, Sabya, Al-Darb, Baish, and the Al-Fateha center.

The center added that these conditions are expected to persist, God willing, until 8 p.m.
