Kuwait condemns Houthi drone attack on Taif

Kuwait has strongly condemned and denounced the Houthi militia's drone attack on Taif governorate in Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the death of one person, injuries to two others, and material damage after drone debris fell following its interception.

In a statement carried by the Kuwait News Agency on Monday, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said these attacks constitute a blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and a breach of international law and international humanitarian law.

The ministry also reaffirmed Kuwait’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia, expressing its support for all measures taken by the Kingdom to safeguard its sovereignty, security, and stability, and to protect its citizens and residents.
