Over 180,000 students return to school in Hail as new academic year begins

More than 180,000 students returned to schools under the General Directorate of Education in Hail today as the new 1448 academic year began, with comprehensive preparations in place to welcome students and create a supportive learning environment.

The General Directorate of Education in Hail confirmed that its preparations for the school year are complete, including checks on the readiness of schools and educational facilities, and the fulfillment of all organizational and educational requirements. These efforts aim to provide a safe and motivating environment that supports student attendance from the very first day.

This year’s school start coincides with the Ministry of Education’s “We Write a Story” campaign, which highlights students’ journeys in crafting new success stories with the involvement of families, teachers, and schools, and promotes values of ambition, passion, and achievement.

The Hail education authority stated it is closely monitoring the educational field, supporting schools and work teams, ensuring the smooth running of the educational process, and strengthening partnerships with families as key partners in supporting student attendance and achieving a stable and successful start to the school year.
