Uyun Al-Jawaa completes lighting project for heritage village

The Uyun Al-Jawaa Municipality, part of the Qassim Region Municipality, has completed a lighting project for the heritage village in the governorate. The initiative aims to showcase the village’s architectural features and historical identity, enhancing its attractiveness for residents and visitors. This effort is part of broader plans to develop heritage sites and improve the urban landscape in the region.

The heritage village embodies the architectural and cultural legacy of Uyun Al-Jawaa, featuring buildings and structures that reflect the area’s traditional style and its deep historical roots.

Municipality head Falah bin Jabr Al-Jabreen said the lighting works highlight the village’s architectural elements and add aesthetic value during evening hours, enriching the visitor experience and strengthening the village’s position as a heritage and tourism destination in the governorate.

Al-Jabreen added that the municipality continues to develop heritage sites while preserving their historical identity and value, alongside efforts to improve the urban environment and upgrade public spaces. He noted that initiatives are ongoing to showcase Uyun Al-Jawaa’s historical and tourism assets and further enhance its appeal.
