Saudi Arabia launches fifth phase of emergency shelter project in Hodeidah

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center today launched the fifth phase of its emergency shelter project in Hodeidah province, aiming to alleviate the suffering of displaced and affected families.

Jamal Mushra'i, director of the Executive Unit for the Management of IDP Camps in Hodeidah, said the project targets displaced families from the Al-Jarrahi and Jabal Ras districts who have been affected by the humanitarian crisis. He noted that the initiative has helped provide essential shelter supplies to beneficiary families, strengthening their ability to cope with difficult conditions.

Mushra'i expressed his gratitude to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Prime Minister, for the assistance provided through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center to his country. He stressed that the center's interventions are a vital source of relief for thousands of families forced to flee their homes due to the crisis.

These aid efforts are part of Saudi Arabia's ongoing humanitarian initiatives, delivered through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, to support the Yemeni people with various forms of relief assistance.
