Over 12 million discounted products offered for Saudi National Day

The Ministry of Commerce has announced that over 12 million products are being offered at discounted prices by commercial establishments and online retailers in celebration of Saudi National Day. The discounts cover all types of consumer goods.

The ministry has issued more than 3,500 discount licenses to both physical and online stores. Each license allows a business to apply discounts across all its branches and sales outlets.

Consumers can verify the legitimacy and details of the discounts by scanning the unified electronic barcode displayed on the discount license with their mobile phone camera. This provides full information about the discounts, including the type and percentage of the discount, its duration, and business details.

The ministry added that it continues to monitor stores and online retailers across all regions of the Kingdom to ensure compliance with discount regulations and requirements.

Applications for discount licenses can be submitted electronically via: http://sales.mc.gov.sa. Businesses can offer discounts without affecting their annual discount quota.
