Saudi Islamic Affairs Ministry launches second training course for imams in Montenegro

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, through the religious attaché at the Saudi Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, today launched the second scientific training course for imams and preachers in Montenegro, held in Podgorica.

The course brings together 50 imams and preachers for three days of lectures and foundational lessons designed to enhance their knowledge and develop their skills in leading prayers, delivering sermons, and religious outreach.

The program aims to improve the performance of imams and preachers and strengthen their impact in society by raising both their scientific and practical competencies.

The ministry noted that this initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to train imams and preachers, promote the values of moderation and tolerance, and reinforce a culture of peaceful coexistence and moderate religious discourse.
