Second group of King Salman Umrah Program guests arrive in Makkah

The second group of guests participating in the King Salman Program for Umrah and Visit, organized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, arrived in Makkah today to perform Umrah rituals. Their arrival follows several days spent in Madinah, where they prayed at the Prophet’s Mosque and visited a number of historical and cultural sites.

While in Makkah, the guests will take part in a series of scientific and cultural meetings, as well as organized visits to prominent landmarks, including the King Abdulaziz Complex for the Holy Kaaba Kiswa and the Revelation Exhibition. These activities are part of the program’s efforts to introduce guests to Makkah’s religious, historical, and cultural heritage.

This second group comprises 250 male and female pilgrims representing 23 countries across Europe and Asia: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, Moldova, Austria, Slovakia, Estonia, Poland, Switzerland, Iraq, Jordan, and Syria.
