Sukkar Association aims to prevent diabetes complications, support patients

Omar Al-Duhaiman, Corporate Communications Director at the Sukkar Association, said: "We aim to prevent diabetes complications and support beneficiaries through awareness programs and field visits that enhance the treatment journey."

He added in an interview with Al Ekhbariya TV that "the association is a non-profit organization licensed by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development and operates under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Health."

Al-Duhaiman noted that "the association works on several preventive and therapeutic tracks, in addition to external awareness campaigns conducted across the Qassim region."

He pointed out that "during the summer, the association launches the 'Prevention of Diabetes Complications' campaign, targeting people with diabetes to identify cases before complications arise."
