Bulgaria strongly condemns Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia

Bulgaria has strongly condemned the ongoing terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia against Saudi Arabia, including strikes targeting civilians as well as civil and economic infrastructure.

In a statement, the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said such attacks are unacceptable and represent a serious escalation that undermines regional security and efforts to reach a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Yemen.

The ministry called for an immediate halt to the attacks, respect for international law, and de-escalation. It also expressed solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for efforts to achieve a comprehensive, inclusive, and lasting peace in Yemen.
