Saudi crown prince, Pakistan PM discuss strengthening cooperation

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman received Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif today in Makkah.

During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed the bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, and discussed opportunities to enhance cooperation across various sectors.

They also exchanged views on recent regional developments and ongoing efforts to address them, underscoring the importance of coordination and consultation between the two countries.

The meeting was attended on the Saudi side by Minister of National Guard Prince Abdullah bin Bandar, Minister of Defense Prince Khalid bin Salman, Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan, Minister of State and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman Al-Fadhli (accompanying minister), Crown Prince’s Secretary Dr. Bandar Al-Rasheed, and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Al-Malki, along with the official Pakistani delegation.
