The Border Guard patrols stated that initial legal procedures were completed against the suspects before they, along with the seized drugs, were handed over to the competent authorities for further action.

Security authorities have renewed their call for citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking activities by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 994 in other regions of the Kingdom.
