Under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and on his behalf, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, will inaugurate the 7th International Disability and Rehabilitation Conference next Sunday. The conference will honor the winners of the "King Salman Global Award for Disability Research," which attracted 770 nominations from 111 countries. It will also feature an Artificial Intelligence Hackathon for People with Disabilities, with more than 2,250 participants across 918 teams from various nationalities, aiming to develop innovative solutions to disability challenges.

Additionally, the conference will extend its activities to the wider community through interactive evenings and workshops featuring influencers and specialists. These sessions are designed for people with disabilities and their families, addressing their daily issues and raising public awareness about disability.
