Qassim Municipality inspects 171 establishments in Q3 2026

Qassim Municipality, represented by Al-Rass Municipality and in cooperation with the Food Safety Laboratory, conducted inspection tours during the third quarter of 2026, covering 171 establishments including vegetable and fruit shops and markets in the governorate.

The inspections involved collecting samples of food products for laboratory testing to detect pesticide residues and ensure compliance with approved limits and standards.

These efforts are part of ongoing preventive monitoring by the municipality and its affiliates, aimed at enhancing food safety, increasing oversight of traded products, and protecting consumer health.
