Al-Sudais urges influencers to strengthen Prophet’s biography amid skepticism

Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques, said that some people are casting doubt on the authentic sources of the Prophet’s biography and on Islamic scholars, aiming to create uncertainty among the public.

Speaking on Al-Ikhbariya programs, Al-Sudais stressed the importance of upholding the sources that accurately convey the Prophet’s biography. He noted that criticizing scholars is tantamount to criticizing Islamic law itself, as these scholars are the ones who guide to the Quran and Sunnah.

The President of Religious Affairs at the Two Holy Mosques also pointed out that in this era of technology and artificial intelligence, influencers and public figures who follow the Quran and Sunnah should play a greater role in sharing balanced content about the Prophet’s life, Islamic thought, culture, and creed, in achieving monotheism and promoting moderation, centrism, unity of speech, solidarity, security, truth, justice, and peace.
