Heavy rain and strong winds forecast for Jazan until evening

The National Center for Meteorology on Wednesday issued a warning of moderate to heavy rainfall in the Jazan region, accompanied by strong winds and near-zero horizontal visibility.

The center said the weather conditions will include hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms, affecting Jazan city and several governorates, including Al-Harth, Al-Daer (Bani Malik), Al-Raith, Al-Aridhah, Al-Aydabi, Fayfa, Harub, Al-Tuwal, Samtah, Ahad Al-Masarhah, Abu Arish, Dhamad, Sabya, Al-Darb, and Baish, as well as the Al-Fateha center and Farasan Island.

The center noted that these weather conditions are expected to persist until 9 p.m.
