Border Guard in Jazan arrests three Yemenis for smuggling 60 kg of qat

Land patrols of the Border Guard in Al-Dayer sector, Jazan region, have arrested three Yemeni nationals for violating border security regulations by attempting to smuggle 60 kilograms of qat.

Initial legal procedures were completed, and the suspects and seized items were handed over to the competent authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, 999 or 994 in other regions, or the General Directorate of Narcotics Control hotline at 995.
