Regarding telecommunications services, Al-Swaha stated that telecom companies have five days to respond to customer complaints, as required by regulations.
He added that the number of complaints filed against telecom companies has dropped from one million to varying levels each quarter, with some quarters seeing fewer than 100,000 complaints and a continued quarterly decrease of about 15 percent.
He also noted that multiple channels are available for users to submit complaints, ensuring their right to have issues addressed within the legally mandated timeframe.
