Jawazat details how to complete transactions online via Absher’s Tawasul service

The General Directorate of Passports is offering the Tawasul service through the Absher platform, allowing users to submit requests for transactions that cannot be completed electronically, without the need to visit passport offices in person.

According to a statement posted by the directorate on X, the Tawasul service enables users to submit requests online. Users can log in to the Absher website, select "My Services," then "Passports," followed by the "Tawasul" service. To submit a new request, users choose the relevant department and service, specify the beneficiary, provide a description, upload the required documents, and then submit the request electronically.

The service is available exclusively through the Absher platform and does not require a personal visit to passport offices.
