The Ministry of Interior announced on Tuesday that the death sentence had been carried out against Daes bin Khalaf bin Aghsain Al-Shaybani, a Saudi national, after he was convicted of murdering fellow citizen Muayid bin Sultan bin Muayid Al-Muqati Al-Otaibi in the Riyadh region.

The ministry stated that the perpetrator killed the victim by stabbing him multiple times with a sharp instrument, resulting in his death.

Authorities confirmed that the perpetrator was apprehended, and investigations led to his being formally charged with the crime.
