Legal expert hails rapid digital transformation of Saudi justice system

Lawyer and legal consultant Dr. Anwar Bakhurji praised the qualitative development of the justice system, following the Ministry of Justice’s efforts to enhance the maturity of commercial courts.

Speaking in an interview on Al Ekhbariya Radio, Bakhurji noted that the justice system has undergone a fundamental transformation and rapid digitalization, which has helped overcome challenges and correct errors through qualified professionals.

He added that the success of Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani in this sector is due to his ability to select personnel who have contributed to achieving the required objectives.

Minister of Justice Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani previously affirmed that the next phase in developing commercial courts will focus on deepening institutional maturity and judicial quality, building on past achievements to improve outcomes, clarify procedures, and enhance user experience.
