Imam Abdulaziz Royal Reserve ends grazing season, urges exit by September 15

The Imam Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Royal Reserve Development Authority has announced the end of the seasonal grazing period, effective Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The authority has called on all beneficiaries to vacate all grazing sites by Tuesday, September 15, 2026, in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines, to ensure an orderly departure, protect natural pastures, and promote their sustainability.

The authority stressed the importance of all beneficiaries leaving before the deadline and arranging for the removal of livestock, equipment, and supplies from grazing sites. It also urged them to clear any waste and leave the sites clean, contributing to the preservation of the environment and natural resources and preparing the pastures for future seasons.

The authority stated that its protection and field monitoring teams will continue their work and site inspections during the exit period to ensure compliance with the relevant instructions and regulations, and will take legal action against any violations after the deadline.
