Absher platform records over 240 million digital transactions in H1 2026
Saudi Arabia’s Absher platform processed more than 240 million electronic transactions in the first half of 2026, according to new official statistics.

The announcement was made during the Ministry of Interior’s pavilion at the LEAP 2026 conference and exhibition in Mulham. Of the total, Absher Individuals accounted for 225,360,865 transactions, including 174,906,632 document views via the digital document wallet available to citizens, residents, and visitors through the Absher app. Absher Business processed 14,907,385 transactions.
The number of transactions for General Directorate of Public Security services reached 19,783,008, with 19,180,391 handled by the General Directorate of Traffic. The General Directorate of Passports processed 13,958,889 transactions, while the Civil Affairs Agency of the Ministry of Interior completed 2,793,820 transactions.
Through general services on Absher Individuals, 631,161 reports were issued via the Absher Reports service, and 12,168 general fingerprint inquiries were made.
The unified digital IDs issued by the Ministry of Interior through Absher enable citizens, residents, and visitors to easily and securely access Ministry of Interior sector services via Absher Individuals, Absher Business, and Absher Government platforms, as well as reach government and private entities through the National Single Sign-On portal, Nafath.
