Abdulmajeed bin Mohammed Al-Qusaibi, Chief Human Resources Officer at the university, stated that the partnership will help raise the efficiency of staff, link development pathways to recognized professional certifications, and strengthen the integration between academic qualification and practical application, thereby improving workforce readiness and aligning skills with labor market needs.
Dr. Rania bint Ibrahim Al-Jadeed, Dean of Skills Development, said the partnership is an important step in establishing the university as a national reference for skills development, promoting evidence-based knowledge production, and preparing talent according to global standards.
Similarly, Dr. Reema bint Hassan bin Saeed, Dean of the College of Business Administration, noted that academic and professional accreditation is a key aspect of the partnership, aligning HR academic programs with international standards. This will enhance the quality of graduates, connect academic training with professional practice, and open broader opportunities for students.
