Jabal Al-Rahma and Kidana Trail welcome over 1.1 million visitors in a month

Jabal Al-Rahma and the Kidana Trail welcomed more than 1,115,314 visitors between June 25 and July 25, 2026. The initiative is part of Kidana Development Company’s efforts—the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites—to develop and activate destinations in the holy sites, providing a comprehensive range of services that enhance the visitor experience and ensure the sustainability and vitality of these locations throughout the year.

Jabal Al-Rahma saw particularly high turnout, receiving over 1,105,020 visitors, supported by a full suite of organizational, guidance, and support facilities. The Kidana Trail welcomed 10,294 visitors, offering a complete experience with prepared walking paths, shaded rest areas, mist fans for cooling, as well as health facilities and support services that created a comfortable and safe environment for guests.

Kidana continues its efforts to develop and activate destinations at the holy sites year-round through specialized projects and integrated services that enhance the experience for pilgrims and visitors. These initiatives reinforce the status of the holy sites as vibrant destinations open to guests throughout the year, in line with Kidana’s objectives to improve service quality and the overall visitor experience.
