Ethiopian nationals arrested in Asir for smuggling 46 kg of hashish

Border Guard ground patrols in the Raboua sector of Asir region have arrested two Ethiopian nationals for violating border security regulations and smuggling 46 kilograms of hashish.

According to a statement on the Border Guard's official X account, initial legal procedures have been completed, and the suspects and seized drugs have been handed over to the relevant authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking activities by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Riyadh, and Eastern Province, 999 in other regions of the Kingdom, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control hotline at 995, or by email at [email protected]. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
