Taif University shifts to remote learning Monday due to weather

Taif University has announced that in-person classes will move online from noon on Monday, September 7, 2026, following guidance from the National Center of Meteorology and to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The university stated that this decision applies to the main campus in Al-Hawiyah and all its locations in Taif, with classes to continue via the Blackboard platform.

Remote work will also be implemented for university employees after 12 p.m., in accordance with existing regulations and policies.

Meanwhile, normal in-person classes and staff attendance will continue as usual at the university's branches in Turabah, Al-Khurmah, and Rania.
