Jazan Border Guard arrests three Ethiopians for smuggling 60 kg of khat

Border Guard ground patrols in the Al-Dayer sector of Jazan region have arrested three Ethiopian nationals for violating border security regulations by attempting to smuggle 60 kilograms of khat.

Initial legal procedures were completed, and both the detainees and the seized narcotics were handed over to the relevant authorities.

Security authorities urge citizens and residents to report any information related to drug smuggling or trafficking by calling 911 in Makkah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, 999 in other regions, the General Directorate of Narcotics Control hotline at 995, or by emailing [email protected]. All reports will be treated with strict confidentiality.
