Saudi crown prince, Iraqi prime minister discuss regional security and cooperation

Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman received Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh.
During the meeting, the two leaders discussed recent regional developments and coordinated efforts to enhance the security and stability of the region.
Prime Minister Al-Faleh Al-Zaidi strongly condemned the attack targeting King Khalid International Airport and other assaults on civilian and vital facilities in Saudi Arabia, describing them as threats to regional security and stability.
He reaffirmed Iraq's commitment to preventing its territory from being used as a launchpad for attacks or actions that could undermine the security of Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries, and stressed Iraq's dedication to good neighborly relations and respect for the sovereignty of the Kingdom and other states in the region.
The meeting also reviewed Saudi-Iraqi relations, with the crown prince emphasizing the Kingdom's commitment to strengthening cooperation across various fields, particularly in security coordination.
