Al-Ahsa Municipality issues over 5,000 building permits in H1 2026

Al-Ahsa Municipality issued 5,299 building permits during the first half of 2026 through the electronic licensing system on the Balady platform, helping to streamline procedures and support urban development in the governorate.

Municipality spokesperson Khaled bin Mohammed Boushal said the permits were issued in accordance with approved municipal regulations and requirements, adding that the municipality continues to enhance its operational processes and improve service quality for beneficiaries.

Boushal added that the municipality is working to accelerate application processing to support Al-Ahsa’s investment environment and contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
