GCC chief strongly condemns Houthi attacks on Saudi civilians and infrastructure

Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, strongly condemned the ongoing terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia against Saudi Arabia, including their deliberate and repeated targeting of civilian sites and civilians with ballistic missiles and drones. He described these acts as a dangerous escalation that once again highlights the Houthis' terrorist approach.

He noted that the continued assaults by the Houthi militia constitute a blatant violation of international law and a direct threat to the security, stability, and safety of Saudi Arabia, its citizens, and residents. He reiterated that GCC member states stand united with Saudi Arabia and fully support all measures the Kingdom takes to protect its territory, security, people, and resources.
