Sudanese prime minister receives Saudi ambassador in Khartoum

Sudanese Prime Minister Professor Kamal Idris received Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Dr. Zaid bin Mukhlid Al-Harbi at his office.

During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed greetings from Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to the prime minister, along with his wishes for continued security, stability, progress, and prosperity for Sudan and its people.

The ambassador emphasized the deep-rooted historical and fraternal ties between the two countries, reaffirming Saudi Arabia's commitment to strengthening and expanding these relations to serve the mutual interests of both nations and their peoples.
He reiterated the Kingdom's steadfast support for Sudan's security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as its commitment to preserving Sudan's national institutions and rejecting any actions that could undermine the country's unity or threaten its stability. He also expressed his intention to work closely with Sudanese officials to further enhance cooperation across all fields.
