Environmental Security seizes five for illegal soil extraction in Makkah

The Special Forces for Environmental Security have arrested five Pakistani residents for violating environmental regulations by exploiting soil deposits in the Makkah region. Legal procedures have been taken against them.

Authorities also seized five pieces of equipment used for excavating and transporting soil. The forces urged the public to report any environmental or wildlife violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 996 in other regions. All reports will be treated confidentially, and informants will not be held liable.
