Civil Affairs: Lost national ID replacement now available via Absher

The Civil Affairs Agency at the Ministry of Interior has confirmed that citizens can now request a replacement for a lost national ID card through the Absher app.

The agency announced on X that the new service allows citizens to report the loss of their national ID and request a replacement card via Absher, with the option to have the new card delivered to their registered national address.

To use the service, users need to log in to the Absher app, select National ID Services, choose to reissue the national ID, and then select the lost ID option.
