The Ministry of Interior has announced the execution of three Saudi nationals in the Eastern Province after they were convicted of murdering a fellow citizen.

The ministry identified the perpetrators as Abdullah bin Mulhaq bin Mohammed Al-Marzouqi Al-Buqami, Abdulmajid bin Shabab bin Ghazi Al-Kuraizi Al-Buqami, and Malik bin Abdullah bin Ali Al-Burghash. They were found guilty of killing Ahmed bin Ali bin Abdullah Sabai, also a Saudi national, by striking him multiple times with various objects, restraining his hands and feet, and tying his neck, which led to his death.

The statement added that security authorities apprehended the suspects, and following investigations, they were formally charged and referred to the competent court. A final verdict of execution was issued against them, upheld by the relevant authorities, and a royal order was issued to carry out the sentence.

The execution was carried out on Sunday, Jumada Al-Awwal 21, 1448 AH, corresponding to November 1, 2026, in the Eastern Province.

The Ministry of Interior reaffirmed the government’s commitment to maintaining security, upholding justice, and enforcing Islamic law, warning of the consequences of attacking innocent people and shedding blood.
