Adaa Center launches training programs for certified public sector practitioners

The National Center for Performance Measurement (Adaa) has launched training programs to certify public sector practitioners, in partnership with the Institute of Public Administration, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop national capabilities and enhance professional practices in performance management and measurement.

The programs target employees of public sector entities and began with three training sessions involving 65 participants. These initiatives are part of a comprehensive plan running through mid-December 2026, aiming to broaden the reach and benefit a larger segment of performance practitioners in government.

The training focuses on developing participants’ skills, enhancing their professional knowledge and competencies, and raising the standards of performance management and measurement practices. This supports practitioners in fulfilling their roles effectively and helps embed professional standards in government workplaces.

The programs also aim to deepen understanding of performance-related concepts and methodologies, and to develop the skills needed for effective application, thereby improving the quality of practices and supporting public sector entities in building their capabilities in this area.

Through these initiatives, Adaa continues to support the development of the government performance system and the building of national competencies, contributing to the effectiveness and achievement of government objectives.
