Saudi Passports Directorate outlines steps to report lost family passports via Absher

The General Directorate of Passports has outlined the process for citizens to report the loss of a family member’s Saudi passport through the Absher platform.

According to a statement on X, the Passports Directorate clarified that citizens can use their Absher account to notify authorities if a family member’s Saudi passport is lost.

The steps to access the service are as follows:

• Log in to the Absher website

• Select 'Family Members Services'

• Choose 'Saudi Passport Services for Family Members'

• Click on 'New Request'

• Select the beneficiary

• Report the lost passport
