Saudi navy stages air and sea displays for National Day in Jeddah

The Royal Saudi Naval Forces in the Western Region staged aerial displays and impressive maritime formations on Wednesday as part of National Day celebrations at the Jeddah Yacht Club and Jeddah Promenade.

The event was attended by Assistant Commander of the Western Fleet, Naval Brigadier General Staff Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Zahrani, along with unit commanders from the fleet.

The program featured a variety of naval boat formations, aerial shows by 'Sea Hawk' helicopters, search and rescue demonstrations, and performances by the naval band.

Highlights also included elite force landing and assault demonstrations, a parade of naval vehicles and equipment, and an exhibition of military weapons and gear.
