Saudi Red Crescent deploys 35 ambulance teams in Al-Baha for National Day

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in Al-Baha participated in Saudi National Day celebrations by deploying 35 ambulance teams as part of a comprehensive field plan that included various emergency and awareness initiatives. The effort aimed to enhance preparedness and rapid response, reflecting the authority’s humanitarian mission to serve residents and visitors during the national occasion.

Ambulance teams were stationed across Al-Baha city and its governorates at key celebration sites, including Bahjat Raghadan, Al-Hawiyah Walkway, and the fireworks venue, as well as other locations throughout the region. The deployment sought to ensure swift response times and high readiness to handle emergencies.

The branch also launched the “Paramedic of the Nation” initiative at Bahjat Raghadan, aiming to promote first aid awareness and teach community members essential skills for handling emergencies, while sharing in the joy of the national celebration.

Additionally, the branch took part in the security parade, highlighting cooperation among sectors and showcasing the Saudi Red Crescent Authority’s vehicles, field equipment, and the continuous efforts of its ambulance teams.

On the ground, the “Ambassadors of Life” continued their humanitarian mission with dedication and professionalism, embodying values of giving and belonging. They remained present among celebrants to provide emergency care and respond to incidents, demonstrating the authority’s ongoing commitment to public safety.
