Aseer Municipality conducts 167,000 inspections in Q3 2026

Aseer Municipality, through its regulatory departments and affiliated municipalities, conducted 167,805 inspection visits during the third quarter of 2026.

These inspections are part of the municipality’s efforts to strengthen municipal oversight, improve compliance with regulations and requirements, and enhance the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.

Health inspections topped the activities with 50,836 visits, followed by 48,825 visits addressing visual pollution, 30,388 market inspections, and 23,480 building inspections. The operations also included 11,997 inspections of excavation sites, 2,201 revenue monitoring visits, 40 inspections of group housing, 30 visits to detect land encroachments, and 8 inspections of commercial activities.

The municipality stated that intensifying inspection tours aims to boost compliance, reduce violations, and improve the urban landscape, contributing to a higher quality of life and a sustainable urban environment in the Aseer region.
