Man arrested in Riyadh after video shows vehicle battery theft

Security patrols in Riyadh have arrested a man who appeared in a video stealing a battery from a parked vehicle in the city. Nine batteries were found in his possession.

The suspect was detained and legal procedures were initiated before he was referred to the Public Prosecution for further action.
