Al-Baha Municipality records over 129,000 volunteer hours in seven months

Al-Baha Municipality, through its Partnerships and Community Responsibility Agency, recorded 129,475 volunteer hours over the past seven months, with the participation of 25,897 male and female volunteers. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to promote volunteerism, social responsibility, and partnerships with various sectors.

A total of 42 agreements and partnerships were signed, while 792 volunteer opportunities were offered. The municipality also implemented 1,467 volunteer and community initiatives during this period.

These opportunities and initiatives covered a wide range of fields, including health, environment, education, religion, social affairs, arts, creativity, media, sports, tourism, entertainment, administration, security and safety, as well as specialized and general areas.

These efforts aim to foster a culture of volunteerism, enhance community participation, and expand the impact of quality initiatives, ultimately serving the community and supporting development goals.
