Special forces for security and protection detain two for environmental violations in Tabuk

The Special Forces for Security and Protection have arrested a Saudi citizen and a Pakistani resident for violating environmental regulations by exploiting natural deposits in the Tabuk region.

The forces reported that two machines used for transporting sand and excavating soil were seized during the operation.

Authorities confirmed that legal procedures have been taken against the offenders, and urged the public to report any environmental or wildlife violations by calling 911 in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, or 999 and 996 in other regions of the Kingdom. Reports will be treated confidentially and informants will not be held liable.
