Health Ministry outlines school fitness exam and booking process

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Health has revealed details of the school fitness examination required for students entering the first grade, explaining that it aims to assess several key health indicators before the start of the academic year.

According to the ministry, the exam covers vision acuity, body mass index, dental health, hearing efficiency, and speech clarity, in addition to a clinical examination and verification of completed basic vaccinations.

The ministry stated that the examination is conducted at family medicine clinics in primary healthcare centers, and appointments must be booked in advance through the "Sehhaty" app.
