Saudi Vision 2030 has raised standards for Hajj and Umrah services, says deputy minister

Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Abdul Fattah Mashat said that Vision 2030 has raised the standard of all services provided to pilgrims.

Speaking at the Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research Forum, Mashat added that institutional transformation has enabled Hajj and Umrah companies to operate sustainably throughout the year, noting that this shift has made a significant impact across all sectors, according to Al Ekhbariya.

He continued that the Ministry of Hajj has transitioned all sectors under its supervision from institutional work to sustainable operations, highlighting that there are more than 300 catering establishments in Mecca. He also pointed to the implementation of a year-round technological infrastructure to serve pilgrims.
