Saudi, Malaysian foreign ministers discuss bilateral ties and regional developments

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan.

According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Malaysian minister began the call by condemning and denouncing recent attacks targeting civilians in the Kingdom. He expressed Malaysia's solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for all measures the Kingdom takes to safeguard its sovereignty, security, stability, and to protect its citizens and residents.

The two ministers reviewed bilateral relations and discussed regional and international developments, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.
