Saudi Arabia experiences eight hours of dust storms on Wednesday

The Regional Center for Dust Storms reported that Saudi Arabia experienced eight hours of dust storm conditions on Wednesday, July 22.

In a statement on its X account, the center said that on July 22, 2026, a total of 70 hours of dust storms were recorded across the region.

According to the center, Iran saw the highest number with 44 hours, followed by Saudi Arabia with 8 hours, Jordan with 5, Egypt with 4, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan with 3 hours each, Turkey with 2, and Pakistan with 1 hour. No dust storm hours were recorded in other countries in the region.
