Islamic affairs minister orders blood donation drives across ministry branches

Minister of Islamic Affairs Abdullatif Al-Sheikh has instructed all ministry branches and offices across Saudi Arabia’s regions and governorates to organize blood donation campaigns.

The directive includes coordinating with relevant health authorities and encouraging ministry employees, citizens, and residents to participate, in order to promote values of solidarity and compassion and help save lives.

This initiative comes in response to the annual national blood donation campaign for 2026, launched by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman.
